Treat all members, partners, and team members with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.

2. Professional Conduct
Engage in ethical, honest, and lawful behavior in all business interactions and activities related to the Collective.

Do not use your membership to promote misinformation, exploit others, or misrepresent your credentials or services.

3. Confidentiality
Respect the confidentiality of other members and any privileged information shared within the community.

Do not disclose, share, or misuse any private information or materials made available through membership.

4. Use of Resources
Use collective tools, advice, and resources in good faith and for professional development, not for personal gain at the expense of the community.

Do not spam, solicit excessively, or misuse forums, directories, or networking events.

5. Representing the Collective
When representing your membership publicly or using the Flexible Work Collective logo or branding, do so with accuracy and integrity.

Avoid any behaviour that may damage the reputation of the Collective or its members.

6. Participation and Contribution
Contribute constructively to discussions, events, and collaborations.

Offer advice, support, and referrals to other members where appropriate.

Consequences of Misconduct
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in:
A written warning or Suspension of access to membership benefits
Termination of membership without refund
Legal action in the event of serious breaches (e.g., fraud, defamation, or harassment)
All breaches will be assessed individually by the Collective’s administration team.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect the integrity and safety of our community.
